-        Their customers normally are hypermarkets , supermarkets, wholesalers, minimarkets, medical halls, sundry shops , etc.
-        Their slogan is “Quality is Our Promise”.
Issues and Problem
·       Lack of advertisement and promotion on their product and corporate identity
·       Their design is too classical that might only attract old age people
·       They did not give identity on the cream crackers, so people do not know how it taste like
·       People expect for more than that, they expect for changes and surprises
Ideas / Concept
·       Create a healthy eating habits for young and old
·       Rebrand and re-position the company in market
·       Create a more attractive packaging to attract all age range of people
·       Create new concept to attract young and old

Market Situation :
-        Target to everyone in family
-        Attract consumer who search for product that nourishing and moisturizing skin

Issues / Problem :
·       Packaging design too simple and not attractive
·       Their branding not strong enough to its brand position
·       Shower cream is not out-standing enough
·       People confuse to their corporate identity as they product design varies in each series

Ideas / Concept :
·       Rebrand and redesign for their product packaging
·       Create an eco-friendly environment and encourage people to use eco-friendly product
·       Reposition – when people think about natural and enriched nutrients shower cream , they think about ginvera

-        Target for people who seek for instant preparation of a meal

Issues / Problems :
·       Packaging design is not authentic enough and unable to gain attention
·       They neglect the nutrients value in advertising
·       People used to think that instant noodles are harmful to health
·       Compete with famous brand such as Maggi

Ideas / Concept :
·       Redesign the packaging
·       Create a tasty and healthy instant noodles
·       Provide tips on preparing a healthy meal with Ibumie instant noodles and tips on healthy lifestyle
·       Make an official website for Ibumie Instant Noodle product
·       Strengthen their authentic concept and emphasize on their selling point
